Meriah, the Malay word for 'lively', is evocative of animated conversations and an exuberant atmosphere. But over at our restaurant at The Exchange TRX, the scene culminates in the vivid experience of bursting flavours condensed onto a plate. 

As you fill yours with the likes of spiced curries, smoky charcoal-grilled chicken and sapid short rib rendang — with plenty of keropok and sambal to snack in between — may you be whisked to the convivial dining rooms of Southeast Asia, from Thailand to Indonesia and of course, Malaysia, where bold flavour and cheerful chatter are customary.
