Enter SMS Code: You will receive a 6-digit verification text message. Enter the code into the app and tap ‘Verify’.

Note: The verification code is valid for 15 minutes. If you don't receive it, simply tap "Resend".

Step 3: Tell Us About Yourself

 1. Head to the app home screen.

 2. Under the "Order and Earn" section, select either ‘ORDER DINE IN’ or ‘ORDER TAKEAWAY’.

 3. Browse the culinary outlets using the Mall Directory and place your order. Your RM10 welcome credit will automatically apply at checkout!

Spending In-Store

Refunds & Getting Help

We want your dining experience to be seamless, but if something goes wrong, we are here to help:

Order Issues & Refunds: If there is a problem with your food or you need a refund, speak directly to the food-court or counter staff. Give them your order details (Order number, name, mobile number, email, date, time, and total amount). They will log it with the TRX team. (Please note: The TRX Food Exchange processes refunds centrally; the counter cannot refund you on the spot).
