A Luminous Raya | Redemption Terms & Conditions

Please note that Loyalty Exclusive Redemptions have been fully redeemed and are no longer available. 

• Exclusively for The Exchange TRX shoppers. 
• Employees of the tenants in The Exchange TRX are not eligible to participate in this campaign.
• Redemptions for this Campaign are valid from March 7 to April 6, 2025, inclusive of both dates subject to the other terms and conditions stated herein.

Redemption Mechanics:

TIER 1 - EXCLUSIVE RAYA PACKET SET
Spend a minimum of RM300 (or RM250 with UOB Credit or Debit cards) in one (1) receipt to receive an Exclusive Raya Packet Set.

TIER 2 - FESTIVE DINNERWARE SET
Spend a minimum of RM2,500 (or RM2,200 with UOB Credit or Debit cards) in two (2) receipts to receive a Festive Dinnerware Set and an Exclusive Raya Packet Set.

LOYALTY MEMBER EXCLUSIVE (INSIDER & INSPIRER TIERS)
Spend a minimum of RM6,000 in two (2) receipts to receive RM150 worth of SEIBU Cash Vouchers and a Festive Dinnerware Set.

* Only applicable to same-day purchase receipts from The Exchange TRX and The Exchange 106, excluding receipts from Mercato, SEIBU, ATMs, bank transactions, car washes, bill payments, reload cards, pushcart, money changers, and specified "The Exchange 106" Outlets which includes AEON Credit Service, Care Clinic, MypHysio, TRX Dental Care, and Urban Marketplace. 

• Limited to one (1) redemption per customer per day
• Redemption must be made at the Redemption Counter which is located on the Ground Floor of The Exchange TRX on the same date of purchase and proven by the original receipt(s) through the Exchange TRX application (“Mobile App”)
• We reserve the right to disallow any redemption in the event, we, in our sole discretion, determine or suspect that you have breached or do not satisfy any of the terms and conditions stated herein.
• The Exchange TRX reserves the right to request for Shopper’s identification details and proof of purchase for verification purposes.
• Redemption items are subject to availability and shall be on a first-come, first-served basis.
• The redemption items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or in full.
• In the event of any dispute, our decision shall be deemed final and conclusive. No further correspondence, queries or appeals shall be entertained in any way whatsoever. 
• We shall not be, in any way whatsoever, be held liable for any claims whatsoever relating to the condition and/or arising from the usage whatsoever of the redemption items (including but not limited to any personal injury, death, loss of or damage to property whatsoever).
• We reserve the right to modify and amend the Terms & Conditions or discontinue/cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice.
