  • Redemptions for this Campaign are valid from July 25 to August 17, 2025, inclusive of both dates subject to the other terms and conditions stated herein as long as stocks last.

   

Redemption Mechanics:

1. The Glam Getaway Set

Spend RM1,500 in up to three receipts at participating beauty brands* to redeem an exclusive travel bag and travel-size beauty products from Armani Beauty, Helena Rubinstein or YSL Beauty.

2. The Sweet Escape Set

Spend RM500 in up to two receipts at participating beauty brands* to redeem a customisable vanity pouch and travel-size beauty products from Lancome and Kiehl’s.

• Redemption must be made at Beauty Galleria, which is located on Ground Floor of The Exchange TRX on the same date of purchase and proven by the original receipt(s). Please note that credit card transaction slips are not accepted as they do not have an itemised breakdown. 

• We reserve the right to disallow any redemption in the event, we, in our sole discretion, determine or suspect that you have breached or do not satisfy any of the terms and conditions stated herein.
• The Exchange TRX reserves the right to request for Shopper’s identification details and proof of purchase for verification purposes.
• Redemption items are subject to availability and shall be on a first-come, first-served basis.
• The redemption items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or in full.
• In the event of any dispute, our decision shall be deemed final and conclusive. No further correspondence, queries or appeals shall be entertained in any way whatsoever.
• We shall not be, in any way whatsoever, be held liable for any claims whatsoever relating to the condition and/or arising from the usage whatsoever of the redemption items (including but not limited to any personal injury, death, loss of or damage to property whatsoever).
• We reserve the right to modify and amend the Terms & Conditions or discontinue/cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice.
