Beauty Unbound Redemption Terms & Conditions

Exclusively for The Exchange TRX shoppers. Employees of the tenants in The Exchange TRX are not eligible to participate in this campaign.
This Campaign is valid from 9 August 2024 to 1 September 2024, inclusive of both dates subject to the other terms and conditions stated herein.
Redemption Mechanics
Tier 1 – RM380 in a single receipt at any at any beauty, fragrance, skincare boutique or hair salon (including beauty brands in Seibu) to receive an exclusive Beauty Pouch.*
Tier 2 – RM1,000 in two receipts at any at any beauty, fragrance, skincare boutique or hair salon (including beauty brands in Seibu) to receive a 3-pc White Jade Gua Sha set.*
* Only applicable for purchases made on the same day at, bill payments, reload cards and money changers.
Limited to one (1) redemption per customer per day.
Redemption must be made at the Redemption Counter which is located on the Ground Floor of
The Exchange TRX on the same date of purchase and proven by the original receipt(s) through The Exchange TRX application (“App”).
We reserve the right to disallow any redemption in the event, we, in our sole discretion, determine or suspect that you have breached or do not satisfy any of the terms and conditions stated herein.
The Exchange TRX reserves the right to request for Shopper’s identification details and proof of
purchase for verification purposes.
Redemption items are subject to availability and shall be on a first-come, first served basis
The redemption items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or in full.
In the event of any dispute, our decision shall be deemed final and conclusive. No further
correspondence, queries or appeals shall be entertained in any way whatsoever.
We shall not be, in any way whatsoever, be held liable for any claims whatsoever relating to the
condition and/or arising from the usage whatsoever of the redemption items (including but not
limited to any personal injury, death, loss of or damage to property whatsoever).
We reserve the right to modify and amend the Terms & Conditions or discontinue/cancel this
promotion at any time without prior notice.
