• Exclusively for The Exchange TRX shopper Employees of the tenants in The Exchange TRX are not eligible to participate in this campaign.
• Redemptions for this Campaign are valid from January 12 to February 22, 2026, inclusive of both dates subject to the other terms and conditions stated herein.

Redemption Mechanics:

[FULLY REDEEMED] TIER 1
Spend RM388 (or RM288 with any UOB Credit or Debit Card) in a single receipt to receive an exclusive Exclusive Angpow Set.

[FULLY REDEEMED] TIER 2
Spend a minimum of RM3,288 (or RM2,888 with UOB Credit or Debit Cards) in two (2) receipts to receive a Fortune Canister and two (2) sets of Exclusive Angpow.

[FULLY REDEEMED] TIER 3
Spend a minimum of RM10,888 (or RM10,288 with UOB Credit or Debit Cards) in three (3) receipts to receive a pair of Fortune Canisters, a box of GODIVA Celestial Prosperity Collection chocolates, a festive candle, and three (3) sets of Exclusive Angpow.

• Limited to four (4) redemptions per customer per day
• Redemption must be made at the Redemption Counter which is located on the Ground Floor of The Exchange TRX on the same date of purchase and proven by the original receipt(s) through the Exchange TRX application (“Mobile App”)
• We reserve the right to disallow any redemption in the event, we, in our sole discretion, determine or suspect that you have breached or do not satisfy any of the terms and conditions stated herein.
• The Exchange TRX reserves the right to request for Shopper’s identification details and proof of purchase for verification purposes.
• Redemption items are subject to availability and shall be on a first-come, first-served basis.
• The redemption items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or in full.
• In the event of any dispute, our decision shall be deemed final and conclusive. No further correspondence, queries or appeals shall be entertained in any way whatsoever. 
• We shall not be, in any way whatsoever, be held liable for any claims whatsoever relating to the condition and/or arising from the usage whatsoever of the redemption items (including but not limited to any personal injury, death, loss of or damage to property whatsoever).
• We reserve the right to modify and amend the Terms & Conditions or discontinue/cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice.
