Emotional Carnival Redemption Terms & Conditions

• Exclusively for members of The Exchange TRX application (“Member”). Employees of the tenants in The Exchange TRX are not eligible to participate in this Campaign.
• This Campaign is valid from 24 May – 30 June 2024, inclusive of both dates (“Campaign Period") subject to the other terms and conditions stated herein.
• Redemptions are limited to one (1) redemption per Member per day.
• Redemptions must be made at the Redemption Counter which is located on the Ground Floor of The Exchange TRX on the same date of purchase and supported by the original receipt(s).
• We reserve the right to disallow any redemption in the event, we, in our sole discretion, determine or suspect that any Member has breached or does not satisfy any of the terms and conditions stated herein.
• We reserve the right to request for the Member’s identification details and proof of purchase (including the original receipt(s)) for verification purposes before allowing any redemption.
• This Campaign and the redemption are subject to availability and shall be on a first-come, first served basis
• The items redeemed are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or in full.
• In the event of any dispute, our decision shall be deemed final and conclusive. No further correspondence, queries or appeals shall be entertained in any way whatsoever.
• We shall not be, in any way whatsoever, be held liable for any claims whatsoever relating to the condition and/or arising from the usage whatsoever of the redemption items (including but not limited to any personal injury, death, loss of or damage to property whatsoever).
• We reserve the right to modify and amend the Terms & Conditions or discontinue/cancel this Campaign at any time without prior notice.

Redemption - Category I

• Redemption Mechanics:

Tier 1 (24 May - 2 June)  – Members who spend RM600 and above in a maximum of one (2) receipt(s) on the same day at any store* at The Exchange TRX will be entitled to redeem a Disney Pixar’s Inside Out 2 Pillow (Joy). 

Tier 1 (3 - 9 June)  – Members who spend RM600 and above in a maximum of one (2) receipt(s) on the same day at any store* at The Exchange TRX will be entitled to redeem a Disney Pixar’s Inside Out 2 Pillow (Sadness). 

Tier 1 (10 - 16 June)  – Members who spend RM600 and above in a maximum of one (2) receipt(s) on the same day at any store* at The Exchange TRX will be entitled to redeem a Disney Pixar’s Inside Out 2 Pillow (Anxiety). 

Tier 1 (17 - 23 June)  – Members who spend RM600 and above in a maximum of one (2) receipt(s) on the same day at any store* at The Exchange TRX will be entitled to redeem a Disney Pixar’s Inside Out 2 Pillow (Anger). 

Tier 1 (24 - 30 June)  – Members who spend RM600 and above in a maximum of one (2) receipt(s) on the same day at any store* at The Exchange TRX will be entitled to redeem a Disney Pixar’s Inside Out 2 Pillow (Envy). 

Tier 2  – Members who spend RM1,200 and above in a maximum of two (2) receipts on the same day at any store* at The Exchange TRX will be entitled to redeem a Disney Pixar’s Inside Out 2 Flask.

*Only applicable for purchases made on the same day at The Exchange TRX excluding Mercato, Seibu, carwash, bill payments, reload cards, pushcarts and money changers.
