Emotional Carnival Social Media Contest Terms & Conditions

The finer details behind our Emotional Carnival social media contest.

  1. The Exchange TRX x Disney Pixar’s Inside Out 2 Social Media Contest (‘the contest’) is organised by The Exchange TRX Management (‘management’) and runs from 30 May, 10:00AM until 20 June 2024, 11:59PM.

  2. Entries posted after the stated closing date – 20 June 2024, 11:59PM will not be accepted.

  3. The contest is open to anyone who wishes to participate.

  4. Participation in the contest is free of charge and no application fee is required.

  5. The contest will be run on The Exchange TRX’s Facebook and Instagram accounts.

  6. To participate, participants must do the following:

    Step 1. Follow The Exchange TRX on Instagram or Facebook.

Step 2. Like the contest post.

Step 3. Comment sharing a memory associated with any of the new Emotions featured in Inside Out 2 – Anxiety, Embarrassment, Ennui or Envy.

Step 4. They must tag 3 friends.

 

Prizes for this contest are as follows:
20x sets of character pillows featuring emotions from Disney Pixar’s film ‘Inside Out 2’.

  1. Eligible submissions will be selected based on, but not limited to, articulation of memory and emotional resonance.

 

  1. The panel of judges will comprise of representatives from The Exchange TRX management.

  2. Decisions made by the panel of judges are final. Appeals to the decisions will not be entertained.

  3. Unless stated otherwise, the contest has no affiliation or partnership with any other business.

  4. One user may submit multiple entries.

  5. Each winner may only win one prize.

 

  1. Once selected, winners must provide these details (name, IC number, mobile number and email address) for verification.

  2. Personal information provided must be accurate and participants must be reachable. The management reserves the right to disqualify or forfeit the participation under the circumstances of misinformation.

 

  1. If selected winners do not respond to management’s communications after three attempts, management reserves the right to select a new winner in their stead.

 

  1. Selected winners will have a period of 10 days (from when they were first selected as winners) to collect their prize. If a response is not received from the winner, the winner foregoes their prize and it will no longer be available.

  2. The Exchange TRX reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to feature anyone whether or not in breach of these terms and conditions.

  3. Management reserves the right to disqualify and/or reject the entry if found not to be in compliance with the rules and regulations of this campaign.

 

  1. By participating, you have consented to include your submission on selected The Exchange TRX’s social media platforms.

  2. Management reserves the right to use the names and/or images of the participants as materials for the purposes of advertising, distributing, trade, display and/or publicity, without any prior notice to the participants. All participants shall not be entitled to claim ownership or other forms of claims or compensation whatsoever on any of the image submitted during the contest. Management reserves the right to extend the rights to use the images to selected companies for marketing purposes without prior notice to participants.

  3. Management reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend the contest with or without any prior notice and/or assigning any reason.

  4. Management reserves the right to change, amend, delete and/or add to the contest Terms and Conditions without prior notice at any time.

  5. Upon submission, the participant is deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions of this contest and the participant acknowledges that he/she has read and understood The Exchange TRX’s Privacy Policy and Personal Data Notice which can be found on The Exchange TRX’s website consents to the usage, collecting, recording and processing of his/her personal data for the purposes stated in such notice and in connection herein.

 

The Walt Disney Company and its parents, affiliates and subsidiaries are not responsible for the promotion, administration or execution of this campaign.
