• Exclusively for The Exchange TRX shoppers. Employees of the tenants in The Exchange TRX are not eligible to participate in this campaign.
• Redemptions for this Campaign are valid from 17 April to 10 May 2026, inclusive of both dates and subject to the other terms and conditions stated herein.

Redemption Mechanics: 
Spend a minimum of RM1500 in two (2) receipts to redeem an exclusive box of chocolates and a premium soft serve from Godiva.

Redeemable at Concierge on Ground Floor. Products are offered on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last. 

Applicable only for same day purchase receipts from The Exchange TRX and Exchange 106, excluding receipts from SEIBU, Mercato, ATMs, bank transactions, car washes, bill payments, reload cards, pushcarts, money changers, and the following outlets at Exchange 106: AEON Credit Service, Care Clinic, MyPhysio, TRX Dental Centre and Urban Marketplace. While stocks last; terms and conditions apply. 

• Redemption must be made at Concierge which is located on the Ground Floor of The Exchange TRX on the same date of purchase and proven by the original receipt(s) through either the hard copy receipts or via the Exchange TRX application (“Mobile App”)
• Only one redemption is permitted during each redemption exchange, provided customer meets minimum spend/receipt requirement for that tier.
• If a customer's spend exceeds the minimum redemption requirement, they are only entitled to receive one redemption item. e.g if they spend RM4500 in one receipt, they are still only entitled to receive one Premium Soft Serve and box of chocolates, not 3. 
• We reserve the right to disallow any redemption in the event, we, in our sole discretion, determine or suspect that you have breached or do not satisfy any of the terms and conditions stated herein.
• The Exchange TRX reserves the right to request for Shopper’s identification details and proof of purchase for verification purposes.
• Redemption items are subject to availability and shall be on a first-come, first-served basis.
• The redemption items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or in full.
• In the event of any dispute, our decision shall be deemed final and conclusive. No further correspondence, queries or appeals shall be entertained in any way whatsoever. 
• We shall not be, in any way whatsoever, be held liable for any claims whatsoever relating to the condition and/or arising from the usage whatsoever of the redemption items (including but not limited to any personal injury, death, loss of or damage to property whatsoever).
• We reserve the right to modify and amend the Terms & Conditions or discontinue/cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice.
