More details around inclusions and exclusions of gold products during campaign redemptions.
We would like to provide all visitors with an update to our receipt eligibility criteria under our Loyalty Programme, Tourist Rewards Redemption, and Campaign Redemptions. These updates will take effect from 26 June 2026 onwards.
Updated Receipt Eligibility
The following receipts will not be accepted for redemptions or campaign participation:
• AEON Credit Service
• ATM & Banking transactions
• Aurum Theatre
• Care Clinics
• Deposits
• Kiosks/Pushcarts
• Mercato
• Money Changer
• MyPhysio
• Seibu
• TRX Dental Care
• Urban Marketplace
• Utility & Deposit payments
• Receipts containing the following products:
o Gold Bars
o Gold Bullion
o Gold Statues
o Gold Figurines
o Gold Coins
✅ Please note that gold jewellery remains acceptable, including items such as rings, necklaces, earrings, bangles, bracelets, wedding bands, pendants, and similar jewellery pieces.
Clarification on Mixed Gold Purchases
For receipts that contain both eligible and ineligible gold products, only the eligible gold jewellery items will be processed for redemption purposes.
Example:
• Item 1: Gold necklace – RM5,000
• Item 2: Gold bullion – RM600
✅ Final processed amount: RM5,000 (Gold necklace only)
❌ Excluded amount: RM600 (Gold bullion)
