Rimbun Raya | Redemption Terms & Conditions

• Exclusively for The Exchange TRX shoppers. Employees of the tenants in The Exchange TRX are not eligible to participate in this campaign.
• Redemptions for this Campaign are valid from 27 February to 5 April 2026, inclusive of both dates and subject to the other terms and conditions stated herein.

Redemption Mechanics:

TIER 1
Spend a minimum of RM300 in a single receipt to receive a Rimbun Raya Packet.

TIER 2
Spend a minimum of RM3000 in a maximum of two (2) receipts to receive a Festive Afternoon Tea Stand and a Rimbun Raya Packet.

TIER 3
Spend a minimum of RM10,000 in three (3) receipts to receive a Premium Puras Ramadan Gift Set and two (2) Rimbun Raya Packets.

* Applicable only for same-day purchase receipts from The Exchange TRX and Exchange 106, excluding receipts from ATM and banking transactions, Mercato, Seibu, car wash, bill payments, road cards, pushcarts, money changers, and these outlets at Exchange 106: Urban Marketplace, Aura and Aura x Radium, Care Clinic, MyPhysio, TRX Dental Centre, AEON Credit Service. While Stocks Last. 

• Limited to four (4) redemptions per customer per day
• Redemption must be made at the Redemption Counter which is located on the Ground Floor of The Exchange TRX on the same date of purchase and proven by the original receipt(s) through either the hard copy receipts or via the Exchange TRX application (“Mobile App”)
• Only one redemption per tier is permitted during each redemption exchange, provided customer meets minimum spend/receipt requirement for that tier.
• If a customer's spend exceeds the minimum redemption requirement for any given tier but does not meet the minimum spend to reach the next tier, they are only entitled to receive one redemption item. e.g if they spend RM900 in one receipt, they do not meet the spend requirement to redeem the Afternoon Tea Stand and are still only entitled to receive one Rimbun Raya Packet, not 3. 
• We reserve the right to disallow any redemption in the event, we, in our sole discretion, determine or suspect that you have breached or do not satisfy any of the terms and conditions stated herein.
• The Exchange TRX reserves the right to request for Shopper’s identification details and proof of purchase for verification purposes.
• Redemption items are subject to availability and shall be on a first-come, first-served basis.
• The redemption items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or in full.
• In the event of any dispute, our decision shall be deemed final and conclusive. No further correspondence, queries or appeals shall be entertained in any way whatsoever. 
• We shall not be, in any way whatsoever, be held liable for any claims whatsoever relating to the condition and/or arising from the usage whatsoever of the redemption items (including but not limited to any personal injury, death, loss of or damage to property whatsoever).
• We reserve the right to modify and amend the Terms & Conditions or discontinue/cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice.
