Premium Parking Enhancements

At The Exchange TRX, we are committed to providing a seamless and sophisticated experience from the moment you drive through our gates. To further enhance our hospitality standards, we are excited to announce an upcoming upgrade to our Premium Parking Welcome Hall.

To facilitate these improvements, the Welcome Hall at the Concourse Level will undergo a transformation starting 15 April 2026. We expect to unveil the refurbished space by mid-May 2026.

During this brief enhancement period, we have made the following operational adjustments to ensure your visit remains as convenient as ever:

Temporary Relocation of Premium Parking

Starting 15 April 2026, Premium Parking operations will temporarily move from the Concourse Level to the Mezzanine Level. Our team will be on hand to ensure a smooth transition, and the original parking arrangement will resume immediately upon completion of the works in May.

EV Charging Stations

For our electric vehicle owners, please note that EV charging stations at the Concourse Level will remain fully operational throughout the upgrading process. You may continue to power up your vehicle at the existing stations without interruption.

Valet Services

To maintain efficiency, the Valet nesting area will be temporarily relocated to the Concourse Level. Our professional valet staff will continue to provide the high-tier service you expect during this time.

Finding Your Way

Navigating the changes is easy. We are installing clear directional signage and banners throughout the carpark to guide both drivers and pedestrians to the temporary Mezzanine Level location. Additionally, keep an eye out for formal notices placed at car park entrances, lift lobbies, and key pedestrian walkways.
