• Exclusively for The Exchange TRX shopper Employees of the tenants in The Exchange TRX are not eligible to participate in this campaign.
• Redemptions for this Campaign are valid from January 4 to February 9, 2025, inclusive of both dates subject to the other terms and conditions stated herein.

Redemption Mechanics:

TIER 1
Spend RM388 (or RM338 with any UOB Credit or Debit Card) in a single receipt to receive an exclusive Auspicious Angpow Set.

TIER 2
Spend RM3,888 (or RM3,500 with any UOB Credit or Debit Card) in two receipts to receive an Oriental Travel Tea Set and an Auspicious Angpow Set.

• We reserve the right to disallow any redemption in the event, we, in our sole discretion, determine or suspect that you have breached or do not satisfy any of the terms and conditions stated herein.
• The Exchange TRX reserves the right to request for Shopper’s identification details and proof of purchase for verification purposes.
• Redemption items are subject to availability and shall be on a first-come, first-served basis.
• The redemption items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or in full.
• In the event of any dispute, our decision shall be deemed final and conclusive. No further correspondence, queries or appeals shall be entertained in any way whatsoever. 
• We shall not be, in any way whatsoever, be held liable for any claims whatsoever relating to the condition and/or arising from the usage whatsoever of the redemption items (including but not limited to any personal injury, death, loss of or damage to property whatsoever).
• We reserve the right to modify and amend the Terms & Conditions or discontinue/cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice.
