Are you ready to meet our newest precinct? Say hello to Market Lane, the artsy kid in our ever-evolving family.
A dynamic new creative hub, Market Lane reimagines retail through the lens of creativity, craftsmanship, and community and is curated to spotlight independent artisans, indie designers, and creative entrepreneurs.
More than just a retail experience, Market Lane is a street market reimagined—where visitors can explore ever-evolving vendor pop-ups, discover emerging brands, and immerse themselves in authentic moments that reflect Malaysia’s cultural vibrancy.
To celebrate the launch, we'll be hosting a series of weekend activations from 9 May to 1 June, transforming Market Lane into a lively street fair. Look forward to live performances, interactive workshops, and curated vendor showcases by The Messy Club, and satellite music sets by TONGTONG Asia.

Running concurrently, TRX Eats returns from 9 May to 1 June 2025. The precinct-wide celebration of food and flavour offers exclusive menus, themed dining nights, and pop-up culinary experiences across our five signature dining precincts.

Whether you’re looking for bold smoky grills, sweet indulgences, or fusion comfort food, the campaign offers a delicious excuse to dine around and discover what makes each participating eatery unique.
