In collaboration with heritage inheritors and paper artists, TSL celebrates the craftsmanship and innovation of traditional paper-cutting, exploring the beauty of Eastern culture.

Together with Nanchizi Art Museum in Beijing, the brand bridges Chinese artistry with a global perspective.

Paper-cutting — a humble yet profound folk art, preserves life and culture through time. TSL’s collaborated with inheritor Mr. Xu Yang to explore its essence and spirit of craftsmanship.

Mr Xu Yang often says that you can find “Three generations of craftsmanship in a single cut,” highlighting the fact that each piece reflects decades—even lifetimes—of skill.

Artistic Innovation
Young paper-cutting artist Mr. Tang Zhengwei believes that inheritance and innovation are timeless themes —only through continuous creativity can tradition truly live on. This belief resonates deeply with TSL’s philosophy of blending heritage with innovation.

TSL’s Golden Ode to Time: Intangible Heritage Cultural Series presents paper-cutting in a modern voice, celebrating the unique beauty of Eastern women.
