Weekday Food Fiesta | Redemption Terms & Conditions

This redemption is is exclusively for The Exchange TRX shoppers.

Employees of the tenants in The Exchange TRX are not eligible to participate in this Campaign.

Redemptions for this Campaign are valid from 6 – 31 October 2025, inclusive of both dates, subject to the other terms and conditions stated herein.

Redemption Mechanics:

1. Limited-Edition Foodie Phone Charm

Spend RM75 in up to 5 combined weekday receipts at Food Exchange during the campaign to redeem a phone charm.

*Valid only for weekday purchases from Food Exchange tenants (Beverages, Bukuh, Cheese Baked, Oriental Ramen, Hot Plates, Japanese, Korean Dosirak , Nasi Padang, Mixed Rice, Nasi Kandar (Mamak), Nasi Lemak Project, Pepper Rice, Western, Wok & Grill, Yong Tau Foo, Chicken Rice & Roasted Duck, JJ Chilli Pan Mee, Kolo-Mee, Middle Eastern, Penyet Penyet.com, Rasa Penang.)

• Redemption must be made on weekdays at the Main Concierge, which is located on the Ground Floor of The Exchange TRX during the campaign period and proven by the original receipt(s). Please note that credit card transaction slips are not accepted as they do not have an itemised breakdown. 

• We reserve the right to disallow any redemption in the event, we, in our sole discretion, determine or suspect that you have breached or do not satisfy any of the terms and conditions stated herein.
• The Exchange TRX reserves the right to request for Shopper’s identification details and proof of purchase for verification purposes.
• Redemption items are subject to availability and shall be on a first-come, first-served basis.
• The redemption items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or in full.
• In the event of any dispute, our decision shall be deemed final and conclusive. No further correspondence, queries or appeals shall be entertained in any way whatsoever.
• We shall not be, in any way whatsoever, be held liable for any claims whatsoever relating to the condition and/or arising from the usage whatsoever of the redemption items (including but not limited to any personal injury, death, loss of or damage to property whatsoever).
• We reserve the right to modify and amend the Terms & Conditions or discontinue/cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice.
